I'm an English major that loves reading and writing. I grew up in a home that fostered a love for books from an early age, but I also had the fortune of having excellent English teachers. I read all sorts of books, fiction and nonfiction, and enjoy creative writing in my spare time. I've published a few short stories here and there, and hope to write a novel someday. I am currently a graduating senior at the University of Notre Dame. When I graduate, I intend to start graduate school for genetic counseling. Genetic counseling combines a deep knowledge of biology with psychology and counseling skills, in order to provide families with the best possible information regarding their genetic history and future health. Just as much as I love English, I also love biology and psychology. In my spare time, I enjoy crafts of all sorts as well as cooking and baking. I'm also a huge baseball fan. Go Cubs!
